Hemp Crackers

Makes approximately 48 crackers.
(vegetarian, gluten-free)
Ingredients:
100g hemp seeds
140g almond meal
20g Hemp seed oil
25g grated parmesan
1 egg
½ tsp smoked paprika
Sea salt
Cumin / finely chopped rosemary / thyme
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine all ingredients.
Roll out the dough between two baking papers to about 1-2 mm thick.
Put it on baking tray and sprinkle it with salt flakes and your preferred spices or herbs.
Bake your crackers for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.
Chop into your desired shape and size and let it cool on cooling tray.
These crackers are perfect with cheese or as a snack.
These crackers store well in an airtight container for up to a month.
