Hemp Crackers

Makes approximately 48 crackers.
(vegetarian, gluten-free)

Ingredients:

100g hemp seeds
140g almond meal
20g Hemp seed oil
25g grated parmesan
1 egg
½ tsp smoked paprika
Sea salt
Cumin / finely chopped rosemary / thyme

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Roll out the dough between two baking papers to about 1-2 mm thick.

  4. Put it on baking tray and sprinkle it with salt flakes and your preferred spices or herbs.

  5. Bake your crackers for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.

  6. Chop into your desired shape and size and let it cool on cooling tray.

These crackers are perfect with cheese or as a snack.

These crackers store well in an airtight container for up to a month.
